Pushkar Sane brings over 20 years of experience with the Internet and over 14 years of experience in Strategy, Digital, Advertising, Technology, CRM and Media across Asia Pacific markets. He has a unique distinction of working in two of the largest markets in the world – China and India. He has been a serial intrapreneur and was instrumental in setting up new practice areas for his employers. Most recently he was the Chief Digital Officer (North & South Asia) and Global Head of Social Marketing Practice at Starcom MediaVest Group. Previously he worked with EuroRSCG Worldwide and DRAFTFCB. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physic, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Communications Management from India. He also attended Executive Management Program focused on General Management & Leadership at INSEAD. At Convergination he is responsible for Business Development, Product Management, Innovation, Marketing, Operations and Financial Control.

Parag Sane brings over 15 years of experience with the Internet and over 10 years of experience in Technology Management, Software Development and R&D. He has been a serial entrepreneur and learnt from several boom bust market cycles driven by global developments. He has been instrumental in developing several tech platforms in the areas of Customer Relationship Management, eLearning, Content Management and Interactive Voice Response. He is also the Managing Director of Viewfinder Technologies Private Limited (a limited liability company in India) focused on providing eLearning, Content Management and Custom Software Development solutions. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the M S University of Baroda. At Convergination he is responsible for Technology, Engineering, Product Development and Maintenance.
Rini has an accomplished marketing background encompassing 15 years of experience in the media industry having worked with some of the leading organizations. She started her career working with The Times of India Group where she was instrumental in setting up their music (production and retailing), events management, direct marketing, b2c and b2e businesses. She subsequently worked with J.P. Morgan Chase before joining Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions. She worked as the APAC lead for branding, partner engagement and communication, where she gained valuable insight of the digital industry. Most recently she worked with Starcom Mediavest as a consultant in their digital business. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Textile Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in India. Her interests include travelling, cooking, reading and SCRABBLETM. She lives in Hong Kong with her husband and 2 children. At Convergination she focuses on Strategy Development, Analytics and Client Management.
Divya brings over 5 years of experience in the technology domain having worked for technology majors - Microsoft and Samsung. At Microsoft, in the capacity of a Product Marketing Manager she primarily handled the consumer business for Windows and was responsible for driving business in the youth segment. Also she represented the team at partner summits. At Samsung she developed the user interface for the browser on their mobile platforms and drove the intellectual property team for coming up with innovative apps/solutions. She holds a Bachelor in Engineering in Computer Sciences and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management majoring in Marketing from SP Jain Mumbai in India.
